Summary The ideal candidate has experience working for an insurance, reinsurance, or consulting company, or the government in pricing, reserving, modeling, and underwriting insurance or reinsurance coverages. Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as an Actuary within the Engineering and Modeling Division of the Risk Management Directorate. Typical assignments include: Perform actuarial and related analyses of a complex and mathematical/statistical nature to assist with setting insurance rates. Perform actuarial projections and economic analyses to support program design and options. Conduct evaluation, analyses and actuarial consultations.
