Our client is seeking a full-time ADA Accommodations Supervisor to join their team. In this position, you will monitor service responsiveness and quality, ensuring policies are upheld and team goals are achieved.
**Job Title:** ADA Accommodations Supervisor
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Base Salary Range:** $70,000 to $75,000 per year
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and Tier 2 support to Accommodation Coordinators
+ Manage low- and mid-level claims, as well as escalated cases, delivering full lifecycle case management including implementation, monitoring accommodation changes, and ongoing follow-up within the accommodations system
+ Review and interpret medical documentation to assess eligibility under ADA, applicable state laws, and internal organizational requirements
