The ADAS Calibration Department Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the ADAS calibration team, ensuring efficient workflows, and timely delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of ADAS systems, automotive service processes, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ADAS calibration team technicians.
- Invoice services performed to the vehicles.
- Perform accounts receivable tasks as required.
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for vehicle calibrations.
- Order parts and shop supplies as needed.
- Coordinate the transfer of vehicles between locations with company tow truck drivers.
- Ensure all calibrations meet OEM standards and company quality guidelines.
- Work closely with body shop managers, collision estimators, insurance partners and customers.
