Test Lab Technician
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for conducting experimental tests based on requests from the commercial area or generated internally. Each request refers to new, non‑standard activities that require strong analytical skills and the ability to independently design solutions.
Specifically, the role will involve:
- understanding the objectives and type of the required test;
- designing the experimental setup, defining instrumentation, materials, software, and operating procedures;
- executing the tests and collecting data;
- organizing, analyzing, and interpreting the results;
- repeating and modifying the tests, when necessary, to further investigate or validate the outcomes;
