Job Description
Under the direction of the Nursing Department Chair, the Clinical Instructor (adjunct position) provides supervision and direction of pre-licensure nursing students in the clinical and/or laboratory in the following courses/content areas of Nursing Fundamentals, Adult Health, Maternal Health, Pediatrics and Mental Health Nursing.

Clinical Instruction (70%)
Directs, manages and evaluates student learning in an approved clinical setting, adhering to the policies of the clinical setting and the College.Assists the student in integration of theory and practice, specifically to the course’s learning activities and level of the learner.Evaluates students’ clinical reasoning skills and provides formal feedback at midterm and at the end of the course to assess progress and overall performance.Provide clinical, skills lab, and...
