Job Summary
All Design faculty positions have as their primary objective to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment for our students, and to provide effective service to the college. Design faculty responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, following course description and course outlines as established by the Design and Media Studies department. Topics within courses may include Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising. Teaching schedules may include day and evening courses as well as hybrid instruction. Additional activities may include instructional development, support of college events and student activities. Qualifications - Education Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in appropriate discipline required. An MFA, M.Arch or MID is preferred.Prior college or university teaching experience preferred, as is evidence of scholarly and/or professional activities. Qualifi...
