Job Scope
Accounting
- Process company payments• Maintain bookkeeping records• Manage payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & claims• Create invoices and follow up on payments• Handle LHDN, SST and statutory compliance• Prepare cash flow projections• Assist with loan applications and management accounting
Human Resources
- Screen candidates and arrange interviews• Manage onboarding for new hires• Coordinate performance reviews• Support office administration and workflow management• Apply for government grants• Organise employee engagement activities and birthday celebrations
