Admin & Facilities Administrator
We are looking for a proactive Admin & Facilities Administrator to oversee our Alabang site. You will be the point person for office maintenance, vendor coordination, and general administrative flow to ensure a productive environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Oversight: Manage daily site maintenance, repairs, and improvements by coordinating closely with external contractors and service providers.
Supply Management: Maintain inventory for the pantry, stationery, and HSE supplies; manage the full procurement cycle from PR to PO.
Team Leadership: Supervise the housekeeping staff and collaborate with HR to ensure custodial needs are met.
Process Improvement: Partner with management to streamline office workflows, inventory control, and site safety protocols.
