Job Description
. Run daily office operations - maintenance, supplies, and the first point of contact for office matters . Generate and issue client invoices follow up on receivables to support timely collection . Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with drivers, couriers, and overseas suppliers . Source and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas compare quotations and manage orders . Maintain organised documentation and filing systems (physical and digital) . Support HR administration - work permits, overtime calculations, MOM/IRAS enquiries . Manage inventory across multiple brands and process e-commerce orders (Shopify, Amazon) . Verify supplier bills and prepare payment submissions
