Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Accurate preparation, processing, and issuance of invoices to customers. Follow up on payment statuses as required.
- Payroll Support: Assist in tracking, verifying, and keying in staff Overtime (OT) hours for timely payroll processing.
- Inventory Control Support: Perform stock-in duties, updating the inventory system when new stock items arrive, and ensuring stock records are accurate.
- Contract Management Support: Prepare maintenance contract agreements for customers and proactively follow up on upcoming contract renewals.
- General Administration: Provide general administrative and ad-hoc office support to the management /project team as needed.
