Responsibilities
- Documentation and simple processing duties
- Handling office supplies, uniform & pantry stocks upkeep
- Dormitory upkeeping
- Company vehicles upkeep
- Assist in Company Events
- Coordinating visitor access, reception duties, and entry authorizations
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Min. GCE O Level
- 1 - 2 years experience
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferably available to start work on short notice.
- 5-day work week
- Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station
