Contract to Permanent role (may start with 3–6 months contract)
Salary: up to $4500
Essential Responsibilities- Reception duties – incoming calls, courier arrangements, mail distribution, pantry order, stationary order, office equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Travel arrangements, visa application, claims etc for Directors and Traders.
- Organise social events like boat trip, Christmas Party, CNY lunch etc.
- Calendar printing and corporate gift sourcing.
- Provide admin support pre and post Conferences, i.e. scheduling, logistic arrangement and at times on site support.
- Coordinate IT visit with outsourced IT support when in need.
- Mobile phone contracting and renewal.
