Job Description
. Ensure accurate policy details (validity, policy number, coverage) input to prevent rework or manual corrections to achieve higher STP rates. . Cross-check different system. . Document preparation task including merge, split documents in one submission by determine the policy benefits and provider types. . Optimize workflows based on high volume claims and achieve it within same day turnaround time. . Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any) . Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims registration are well managed for both internal and external key stakeholders (i.e policyholders, distribution servicing rep) to achieve claims business objectives. . Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices. . Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.
