We are looking/hiring forAdmin Assistants to be outsourced to our client’s place.
Job Description:
- General paper work, e.g. performing data entry duties, scanning of documents, receiving and sorting of incoming mails
- Provide coordination on events and logistic support
- Ensure that files and records are in neat and systematic manner
- Make phone calls out to applicants to remind them of submitting documents
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
- No experience needed asfull training will be provided.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months for a temporary role
