Position
- Position: Admin Assistant (Invoicing/Customer Service)
- Location: Tuas West -near MRT
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary: Up to $2800 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
- Duration: Permanent

- Attend to all service calls via emails, telephone and faxes, co-ordinate all the relevant works with Service Coordinator.
- Compile all the service reports and relevant documents from Service Coordinator to generate invoice.
- Perform daily invoicing functions using ERP Navision software.
- Issue debit or credit notes for corrections.
- Ensure invoices are processed, reconciled, billed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Send the posted invoices with related supporting documents to customers in time via email or upload to customer’s given portal.
