Job Description
- Handle front desk duties: answer and transfer phone calls, attend to walk-in parents, students, and vendors.
Issue keys for special rooms to staff as required.
Record student details and attend to unwell students at the sickbay.
Contact parents to update them on students health or early dismissal.
Maintain records for early dismissals, medical appointments, lost & found items, and school uniform loans.
Receive deliveries and notify staff for collection.
Collate lists of students pending testimonial collection.
Distribute mailers and other school materials.
Prepare and count food coupons for payment if required.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
RequirementsMinimum GCE N Level Certificate with a pass in English.
Valid First Aid with CPR certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
