Job Responsibilities
i) General affairs
- Handling phone calls, receiving and sending documents/mails
ii) Accounting work
- Sorting of Director's reimbursement claims, checking staff's reimbursement claims, prepare monthly list on payments, communicating with headquarters in Japan
iii) Sales support
- Sales reports (actual) submission and etc.
- Communicate with distributors, logistic management, order placement
- To assist our sales team
- Documentation work
