As a CBRE Administrative Assistant in the Property Management department, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and residents. This role supports the Property Management function, which manages buildings on behalf of clients.
What You Will Do- Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, communicating with tenants, filing, and copying.
- Maintain files, such as insurance certificates and leases.
- Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
