Position Overview
We are a halal‑certified cake‑making company located in Bedok. We are looking for a permanent part‑time admin staff to assist with admin duties such as data entry, goods ordering and receiving, coordination of production orders, sales order processing and replying to emails.
Responsibilities- Data entry
- Goods ordering and receiving
- Coordination of production orders
- Sales order processing
- Replying to emails
- Proficient with simple computer skills
- Can work fast with accuracy
- Good customer service attitude
3–4 working days per week, including Saturday. Regular hours are 8 am–5 pm. Starting salary range: $12 per hour or $90–$100 per day (before CPF deduction).
