Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Good attendance and reliability

BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 1-year admin experience
  • Good keyboard/PC skills (Excel)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Attention to details
  • Methodical
  • Planning & Organizing
  • Figure orientated
  • Good Communication Skills (both verbal & written)

CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:

  • Managing mailboxes
  • Distribution of queries via email
  • Managing external correspondence
  • Preparing of returns for scanning and member level
  • Assisting Credit Controllers with hand over files etc.
  • Assist with Special Projects when required.
  • Assist with Reception Duties when required.
  • Update Recon /Queries spreadsheet for Credit Control
