Admin Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Coordinator to support daily operations, events, and administrative functions. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth workflows and creating a welcoming environment for members and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily administrative operations
- Coordinate events, meetings, camps, and weekend services
- Prepare meeting schedules, minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage group administration and membership records
- Handle office administration, supplies, and inventory management

- Organise baptism, membership services, and wedding coordination
