About the job ADMIN CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Sin Ming
Working hour: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm
Job scope:
- Day-to-day administrative support, laise with Accounts and HR dept
- To receive customers and understand their needs
- Assist in quotation/invoicing/customer handling
- Updating of information into systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be very proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic Chinese speaking preferred to handle Chinese suppliers and clients
