Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Assist in HR matters such as attendance tracking, leave records, onboarding, and employee coordination
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers
- Source and compare quotations to ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors on material requirements
- Monitor stock availability and arrange timely purchasing of materials
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for HR and purchasing activities
- Handle urgent orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
