Job Description
Looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support course evaluation administration and reporting functions during a system transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage course evaluation processes using MS Word templates and email systems
- Collate participant feedback and prepare evaluation reports
- Maintain evaluation records, filing systems, and tracking logs
- Coordinate report circulation and approval workflows
- Support summary reporting and trend analysis
- Liaise with training departments and facilitators on evaluation matters
- Assist with testing and transition activities for digital system implementation
- Provide general administrative support to the department
