Admin support to perform a variety of administrative task and support Modern Trade (MT) workflow. Acting as the point of contact among executives, Indoguna team members, clients and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. You should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance (Independent) and providing personalized and timely support to MT team members.
To assist in Mordern Trade business activities in establishments that caters to public (Departmental store, supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores and gourmet stores, online, Live Stream show and offline retailers).
Job Duties- Ensure the availability of stocks for Retail & Maxzi Online sales / E-sales, promotion and demonstrations.
- Data input and maintain for total Maxzi E-commerce.
