Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, filing systems, and visitor reception.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and report organization.
- Arrange travel for management and staff, including flight tickets, hotels, transport, and itinerary coordination.
- Support basic HR tasks, such as onboarding/offboarding, personnel file maintenance, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in organizing company events, such as team-building activities, company anniversaries, annual dinners, and other internal events.
- Provide administrative support for company projects and ad-hoc tasks.
