Key Responsibilities
- Manage participant onboarding, engagement, and records
- Handle participant and partner enquiries
- Coordinate programme logistics and follow-ups
- Provide basic digital platform support and troubleshooting
- Prepare participant communications and support marketing activities
- Assist with administrative and operational duties
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or customer-facing roles
- Good communication, organisational, and digital skills
