Key Responsibilities
- Support programme team and external vendors in managing large-scale study operations.
- Coordinate participant recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders on setup, logistics, and operational deployment.
- Oversee on-site operations of health assessment kiosks (e.g., body composition, grip strength, blood pressure, waist circumference) during pilot runs.
- Provide administrative support for data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with vendors and supporting research studies or large-scale programme management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
