Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare, process, and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, delivery orders, purchase records, and related documents.
- Verify invoice details and ensure accuracy before submission to customers.
- Update invoicing records and customer information in the accounting system.
- Assist in monitoring invoice status and resolving discrepancies when required.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and job completion.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on work progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate production updates and requirements to relevant departments.
- Assist in coordinating material requirements and production documentation.
