Summary The Administrative Nursing Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) oversees Nursing Services in the absence of the Associate Nurse Executives. They collaborate with managers on admissions, bed management, patient flow, and staffing to ensure safe, high-quality care. They also coordinate care management processes to support seamless transitions for Veterans across the continuum of care. Responsibilities The Administrative Nursing Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) directs position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management of complex patient care.
