Job Description
- Handle procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Source suppliers, request quotations, and evaluate pricing and lead times
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders; ensure timely delivery to site/shop
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and project managers for material requirements
- Track inventory, monitor stock levels, and maintain organized storage (office/shop)
- Maintain updated supplier database and material price monitoring
- Organize and file procurement documents (POs, DRs, invoices, receipts)
- Prepare basic reports (purchase summary, material tracking, cost monitoring)
- Support daily office operations and general administrative tasks
