Handle front desk duties: greet visitors, manage calls, deliveries, and meeting room bookings. Assist with onboarding logistics (workspace setup, access, documents). Support basic People Operations tasks (employee records, HR coordination, simple queries). Help organize internal activities and maintain a positive, well-organized office environment. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or HR support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good interpersonal skills with a service mindset. Professional communication in Thai and basic English. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
