As part of our ongoing expansion, we're looking to hire 5 x Admin to join our growing team. Positions available in both Singapore and Malaysia
Job Responsibilities- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the team, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintaining and updating office records and databases
- Supporting with event planning and coordination
- Handling basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
