Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in inventory tracking and parts ordering when required
- Assist in adhoc administrative duties ie. invoices, purchase orders etc
- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote services like maintenance packages, towing, or bike rentals
- Design basic promotional materials
- Track and report marketing performance - social media growth, ad engagement, customer inquiries, etc.
- Respond to online messages, reviews, and comments professionally and promptly.
- Support day-to-day operations - liaise with mechanics, suppliers, and riders when needed
- Good working mindset and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Able to answer customers’ queries clearly and professionally
