Job Description
Administrative Manager will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the office facility ranging from employee/department administrative support, government clearances, event supervision, procurement and inventory control, record management, and workplace safety.
- Manage the Admin Team composed of Admin Assistant, Admin officer, receptionists, janitorial staff, and security services in overseeing the company’s assets, equipment, and facilities.
- Organize and coordinate company events in collaboration with other departments.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of internal and outsourced staff related to the upkeep of company buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Monitor monthly consumption and allocation of fuel, parking, and toll fees.
- Track and manage the utilization of petty cash.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
