Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Office Administrator.
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative services to the Services Leadership Team and branch locations
- Providing administrative support to the Manager, Community Services Delivery
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Assisting with the timely processing of invoices
- Obtaining quotes when required and preparing requisitions for approval in accordance with Finance Department guidelines
- Collating timesheets and forwarding them to the Pay Office
- Creating and maintaining information in spreadsheets, databases and Spydus
- Maintaining office equipment, supplies and shared office facilities
- Providing administrative and project support to the Community Services Delivery team
