This position reports to MD, Classics, Essentials and HIC, ASPAC at the regional office in Hong Kong
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle office administrative support activities, including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, report templates, coordination, and consolidation of surveys, to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsPrepare and maintain regular reports, such as invoicing, calendar updates, and functional reports, ensuring accuracy and timelinessOrganise and schedule meetings and appointmentsAssist in liaising, communicating and coordinating with Hotel General Managers and Owner’s representatives on regional matters whenever is neededWork closely with the Administrative Assistants across Hyatt Hubs and handle any required administrative and reasonable duties as assignedMaintain and update information systems such as contact lists and intranet pages to ensure data accuracy and acces...
