Oversee daily office and project site administrative operations, and coordinate with site admins on documentation and operational matters.. Manage office and project site facilities, maintenance, and company records Organize meetings, company events, and staff activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Respond to phone and email enquiries. Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required. Support management on operational, HR, and administrative matters. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
