Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for a Administration Support Officer.
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone enquiries and complaints from both the general public and Council staff.
- Make and receive calls relating to the procurement of materials and services.
- Coordinate the ordering of materials, goods, and services as required (e.g. stationery, films).
- Manage and respond to both internal and external enquiries.
- Prepare correspondence and written documentation as required.
- Maintain registers, records, ledgers, files, and documentation as directed.
- Reconcile contractor invoices against Council orders and process payments through to completion.
