Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Mississauga location. This position is a contract position working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
Duties for the contract position:
- Scanning of warehouse documents: BOLs, RA receipts, customer pick-ups, and receiving documents
- Manually converting the US $ orders to CAD in CCA and then billing Amazon, Canada Computers and Memory Express manually so that the dollars align
- Tracking of the rebate removals to ensure that the monthly true up aligns with the rebate removals
- Ad hoc issues requiring added research and investigations such as EHF and other issues
- Back-up for bank reconciliations, taxes remittances, AP invoice coding, or bank deposits
- Completes other duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.
