Job Description
- Provide administrative & accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meeting rooms or virtual conferences.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, reports.
- Preparing, editing, scanning and formatting documents, reports, memos, and emails.
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
- Can do Purchase Order/Canvasing/ Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for Accounts Directors and staff.
- Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Data Entry & Finance Performing basic bookkeeping, data entry, and processing expense reports.
