Job Description
Responsibilities
- Office Management: Sorting mail, maintaining files, ordering supplies, and managing inventory.
- Scheduling & Communication: Answering phones, managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings (including video conferences).
- Document Preparation: Creating spreadsheets, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Administrative Support: Handling expense reporting, basic bookkeeping, and making travel arrangements.
- Reception Duties: Acting as a point of contact for clients and visitors.
