Overview
- Provide general HR, sales, marketing, administrative and clerical support
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
- Order supplies and maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level; anticipates needed office supplies
- Maintaining and monitoring of Company's Property
Qualifications
- Must be computer literate
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Purchasing and negotiation skills
- Basic bookkeeping
- Highly attentive to given instruction
- Shows practicality when responding to issues and concerns
