Job Description
Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the department Coordinate with internal parties to facilitate effective communication and maintain a smooth daily workflow Support internal meetings and briefings Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Tertiary education or above 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel) Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin Immediate availability is preferred
