Job Description
Provide essential administrative and clerical support across various departments to ensure efficient office operations. Responsible for managing office task, maintaining and verifying records and billings, assisting in daily operations, and handling a variety of other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferably with experience in clerical/administrative support or equivalent
- Must have strong organizational skills with keen attention to details and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willing to be assigned in different department
