Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is an individual contributor role that serves as the operational anchor for the Singapore office and warehouse. This position combines administrative oversight, covering areas such as budget, contract, and travel management, with a strong focus on employee engagement, stakeholder coordination, and effective digital communication. The role reports directly to the General Manager in Singapore.

- Site Management: Oversee daily operations for the Singapore site to ensure a safe, high-functioning, and welcoming environment.
