- Handle daily admin procurement, including platform order operation, progress follow‑up and ledger registration.
- Assist in daily staff work management, coordinate team daily affairs and track work progress to ensure smooth operation.
- Support new employee onboarding: document collection, system setup and office supplies arrangement.
- Manage and maintain company documents, contracts and employee files; conduct sorting, verification, systematic filing, physical archiving and electronic directory updates with strict confidentiality.
- Assist daily work docking, communication and activity coordination with headquarters.
- Responsible for office supplies management, meeting room arrangement and daily office environment maintenance.
