Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day-to-day operations administrative tasks including delivery orders and related documentation.
- Process GRPO and update inventory records; prepare stock movement.
- Updating of RFF & SCN for daily collections and deliveries.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, transport to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing pallet shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide general office administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
- Min. Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience.
- Resourceful and possess good negotiation skill. <...
