Job Description
1. 协助餐饮部处理日常行政事务,包括会议组织、纪要撰写、文件归档及内部信息传达;
2. 负责餐饮部各类运营数据的收集、整理与初步分析,支持排班、物料申领、库存台账等基础管理工作;
3. 对接酒店各部门及外部合作单位,跟进合同执行、费用报销、供应商对接等行政协调事项;
4. 管理餐饮部办公用品、工装及低值易耗品,确保申领、发放、盘点流程规范、账实相符;
5. 配合完成食品安全、消防安全、服务质量等专项检查的资料准备与整改跟进工作。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、行政管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备1年以上酒店或高端餐饮行业行政、前台、运营助理等相关岗位工作经验;
3. 熟练操作Office办公软件,具备良好的文字表达能力与数据整理能力;
4. 具备较强的服务意识、沟通协调能力和执行力,能适应酒店服务行业的弹性工作安排;
5. 遵守国家法律法规及酒店管理制度,无不良从业记录,认同 hospitality 行业职业准则。
