Job Summary
Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to ACCESS TB Operations Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Prepares the administrative needs for meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc.) including documentation and liquidation.
- Prompt facilitation of purchase requests, payments, and other requests to other units.
- Provides clerical support to the project.
- Conducts and maintains inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
- Coordinates regularly with SAM, RTLs, LO, PMOs, and POs related to activities under different project components (MDRTB, TBHIV, TCP, RSSH).
- Provides the SAM and/or Program Director assistance with strategy‑based data collection and consolidation.
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
